Structure

Advance is managed by a Group Management Team headed by Directors from each area of the business. The GMT report to the Board of Advance. Customer input is fed into the management structure through regional and national forums. Discussions held at customer forums are discussed between Board members and customers at our monthly Operations Board meetings, ensuring their views and concerns are heard and addressed.
